![]() I know these are not jewelry, but I also love to bake. I love chocolate chip cookies, Nestle is my favorite recipe, but like everyone else I am trying to make healthier choices. So I took their recipe and altered it a bit to make these very yummy cookies a bit healthier. They are still cookies and not good to eat loads of them but the sugar and fat content are better. So enjoy! Ingredients
Directions Preheat oven to 375 degrees Cream together softened butter and banana. Then cream the sugars into this mix. add vanilla and eggs and beat till well combined. In a separate bowl mix together flours, baking soda and salt. combine both wet and dry ingredients. Now add chips and nuts. make 1" scoops or use a cookie scoop to place dough onto non stick cookie sheets ( used well seasoned stone wear sheets). They should be 1-2" apart. gently flatten with a fork. Bake for 10-12 minutes then remove to a cooling rack when done. Yum!
